Due to our continued growth, we are looking for independent Refrigeration Service Technicians who take responsibility and genuinely enjoy refrigeration technology.

As a Refrigeration Technician at Dophou, you will work on a wide variety of refrigeration and climate control systems at our clients’ sites. No repetitive standard jobs, but diverse projects and service assignments in existing commercial buildings, business premises, and technical environments.

Your Responsibilities

• Installing refrigeration and climate control systems
• Maintaining and inspecting existing installations
• Diagnosing and resolving technical faults
• Commissioning and optimizing systems
• Advising clients on maintenance and system improvements

You work independently, but as part of a committed and professional team. You have a high level of autonomy and direct contact with your clients.

You will be part of the Service & Maintenance team, where customer focus, expertise, and ownership are key.

What We Expect From You

As a Refrigeration Service Technician, you are the technical specialist who ensures that the refrigeration installations of our regular clients continue to operate reliably under all conditions. You complete service reports accurately and work primarily within your own region, using your company vehicle.

You are responsible for the refrigeration systems at fixed client locations, allowing you to truly get to know both the installations and the customers. You proactively identify potential replacement or improvement work. You work independently but can also collaborate effectively within a team. You are the face of our organization, which means you communicate professionally and act in a customer-oriented manner.

In short: a skilled professional who knows their trade.

• Completed MBO-level education in Refrigeration Technology or Installation Engineering
• Valid F-Gas certification (or willingness to obtain one)
• Experience with building management systems (BMS) is an advantage
• Independent, responsible, and proactive
• Customer-focused with clear communication skills
• Hands-on mentality
• You possess the competencies for this position: service-oriented, driven, reliable, committed, analytical, strong problem-solving skills, responsible, and accurate.
