Service Engineer Installation & Maintenance

WHat You will do

At Dophou, craftsmanship and trust are at the heart of everything we do. As a Service Technician – Asset Management & Maintenance, you will have the freedom to independently visit regular clients within your assigned region.

You do not work for contractors or private individuals, but exclusively for long-term clients in the commercial building services sector. You become their trusted point of contact — from preventive maintenance and service to troubleshooting and fault resolution.

You will enjoy technical variety, the stability of your own client portfolio, the autonomy to organize your work independently, and the opportunity to work at some of the most interesting technical sites in the region.

• Performing preventive and corrective maintenance on building-related installations such as HVAC, refrigeration, heating and air handling systems, including building management systems (BMS)
• Troubleshooting and resolving technical faults
• Advising clients on system improvements and sustainability upgrades

• Accurately recording and reporting your work

Where you will work

Our team consists of 50 qualified professionals — we call them “Dophou’ers.” Everyone is given a high level of autonomy and responsibility. We know what we stand for and what we work towards.

Dophou is a financially healthy and growing mid-sized company in the commercial building services and installation sector. We maintain building-related installations such as refrigeration, heating, air handling, and control systems, and provide a complete range of technical services.

You will work in a committed and professional team where there is room for initiative, responsibility, and personal growth. Communication lines are short, collaboration is strong, and the atmosphere is energetic. You will be part of the Service & Maintenance team, where customer focus, expertise, and ownership are central.

What do we expect from you?

• You have experience as a service technician performing installation and maintenance work (mechanical or electrical) within the commercial building services sector.
• Additional certifications such as Climate Technology, Refrigeration Technology, F-Gases, Preventive Maintenance (PO) or Periodic Inspection (PI) are an advantage.
• You participate in the on-call duty rota once every eight weeks (Monday to Monday).
• Experience with maintenance of building management systems (BMS) is an advantage.
• You are based in the Amsterdam, Rotterdam, The Hague, Eindhoven or Roermond region.

• Salary between €2,700 and €4,800 gross per month
