Service Technician – HVAC Cleaning & Technical Areas

What Will You Be Doing?

As a Service Technician – HVAC & technical rooms maintenance & cleaning, you are responsible for the technical cleaning, inspection, and maintenance of building-related HVAC systems and technical areas.

You will work on, among others:

• Air handling units
• Fan coil units
• Ventilation systems
• Technical rooms in commercial buildings

This is not a standard cleaning role — it is technical maintenance work that directly contributes to safety, indoor air quality, energy efficiency, and the lifespan of installations.

Your responsibilities are:

• Technically cleaning and maintaining HVAC systems
• Inspecting technical rooms
• Identifying wear, replacement needs, or repair requirements
• Reporting findings in clear and structured service reports

• Advising clients on maintenance and improvement opportunities

You will primarily work independently within your own region (mainly the Rotterdam – Amsterdam – Utrecht area) and will have a company vehicle at your disposal. For larger projects, you will work together with colleagues.

You are visible on-site and therefore represent the face of Dophou.

What We Expect From You

You are practical, work carefully, and take responsibility for your work.

• LBO/MBO level of working and thinking
• Affinity with technology
• Experience in HVAC or technical maintenance is an advantage
• Willingness to obtain relevant vocational training and certifications
• Able to work independently and in a structured manner
• Service-oriented and professional in appearance
• Living in the Rotterdam – Amsterdam – Utrecht region

• No strict 9-to-5 mentality

Development & Certification
